Solution: As the Information Technology Manager from 2010 to 2016, I implemented process improvements that led to a 200% reduction in help desk ticket resolution time, enhancing overall efficiency. I also worked closely with the sales team to develop business-to-business contacts, driving client acquisition. Need: KSQ Design, a multi-state architectural firm, was facing challenges in managing IT resources across seven offices.
